Toyota is forming a strategic alliance with Daimler and Volvo to advance hydrogen fuel cell systems. The Japanese automaker will officially become part of cellcentric, the collaborative enterprise established by Volvo and Daimler in 2020. Upon finalizing its participation, Toyota and cellcentric will jointly oversee the creation and manufacturing of fuel cell components.
